Authors should submit their abstract in English, addressing one or several of the conference themes and topics<\/a>. All abstracts should comprise Title, Name, and Affiliations and should not exceed 300 words (abstract body). Please submit your abstract until November 15th, 2018<\/del> November 30th, 2018<\/strong><\/span> after registration through the online platform of Conftool. The international organizing committee will select a limited number of abstracts for oral presentations by December 14th, 2018.<\/p>\n

An abstract book will be compiled.<\/p>\n

The registration fee includes admission to all sessions, coffee and refreshments in the breaks, conference lunches, conference dinner, excursion to Quedlinburg and transfers from Quedlinburg to Gatersleben and back on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.<\/p>\n

Cancellation<\/h3>\n

Cancellation must be notified in writing to the local organizing committee. Please refer to the following cut-off date for cancellation. All refunds will be made after the meeting for administrative reasons. Bank charges will be deducted from the refunded amount.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n

Instructions for Oral Sessions & Posters<\/h3>\n

All oral presenters are requested to bring a copy of their presentation on a USB flash drive ready for uploading. For the oral presentation please limit yourself to 15 minutes time frame + 5 minutes for discussion.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Posters will be presented by the authors and displayed during poster sessions. The materials for posters mounting will be provided by organizers. The maximum size of Portrait posters is A0 format (118,9 cm length \u00d7 84,1 cm width).<\/p>\n
